Assia and her team are incredible. I had the prune and almond tagine with lamb and it was out of this world. The red wine was spot on and then the tea at the end was perfect. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. Nice people and superb food at great prices.

I had an piping hot, aromatic lamb tagine with prunes. The lamb was tender and falling off the bone. Served with hot rolls, accompanied by house French wine. Quick service on a slower night. A delicious meal!

Located in the heart of Paris at 18 Rue Fremicourt, Restaurant Les delices du Maroc presents an authentic Moroccan culinary experience that truly stands out. The moment you enter, you feel welcomed by Assia and her attentive team, whose passion for Moroccan cuisine shines through every dish.

The hallmark of this restaurant is undoubtedly their signature prune and almond lamb tagine. As several patrons have noted, the lamb is remarkably tender—falling off the bone with a rich, aromatic blend that perfectly balances sweetness and savory depth. The tagine arrives piping hot, still bubbling in its traditional clay pot, keeping the flavors alive and enhancing the sensory experience. Each bite reveals layers of spice and fruitiness that are both comforting and sophisticated.

The dining experience is elevated by thoughtful pairings such as well-chosen house French wines, which complement the spices without overpowering them. The meal often concludes with a soothing mint tea, a traditional Moroccan gesture that rounds out the flavors and embodies the restaurant’s authentic hospitality.
